Eligibility Rules

This store is exclusive to Ameren Illinois non-residential customers with an eligible account. To determine eligibility, you will be asked to enter your Ameren Illinois account number and answer questions regarding the service you receive. Order delivery is restricted to the Ameren Illinois service territory, with notifications provided once the product has shipped. The net product prices reflect distributor discounts as well as product rebates from the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency program, and certain products have purchase limits, including a purchase limit of 100 rebated LEDs and 20 rebated controls per account per year. There is also a purchase limit of 2 rebated smart thermostats (baseboard heat thermostats are limited to 3 per account). Incentives paid to customers by the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency program to defray the cost of installing energy efficient equipment could be considered income if the account holders yearly total rebate amount exceeds $600.  Should this occur, the customer will be notified by the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program and may receive a 1099 form at the end of the calendar year. Please contact your tax professional with any questions regarding these requirements. Stockpiles of equipment are not allowed: all incentivized material must be installed and operational.

The seller makes generalized, not finite representations as to the product savings, life, suitability, or use applicability. It is the buyers’ responsibility to quantify product suitability for applications which require finite specifications unless otherwise represented by the seller.

Warranty

All other goods sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. Some products may include a longer warranty period; please refer to product packaging or specification on the products’ webpages for more detailed information. Other than this warranty, seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. The seller shall in no event be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, in contract, tort or otherwise. The seller’s liability and buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specific products for which damages are claimed at the option of the seller.
